The friend that was riding with him was 24 years old, shouldnt he also take some responsibility for what happened!? He was the older adult in the car, and he was telling him to go faster, then when something bad happens, its all NICKS fault!? Whether or not Nick deserves to be in prison is not for me to say,but He was driving the car and he did permanently immobilized some one for life so he definitely deserves some kind of punishment for what he did!. I don't think

Strongly disagree!. The other person in the car (who is brain damaged now) was just a passenger in the car!. He was not driving like an idiot!. Yes I definitely think he should go to prison!. And for a lot longer than he is!. Who cares what happens to him in there, he made the choice to drive like an idiot!. He has basically killed his friend!.
