I think that the intros sound similar, but the two songs go in different directions towards the middle, and is completely different in the end!.

I guess!.!. I don't really like Miley but you shouldn't hate her just because she takes someone elses song!. Her manager probably ased the artists for the legal right to re-arrange that song as her own!. No need to get all freaked!. A lot of singers do that!. The Jonas Brothers songs "Year 3000", "What I Go To School For", and more are all songs from the band "Busted"!.
