im really glad i clicked on this question!! i went there and turned in 100 items (All from macys brand new a year old ) and they only took 3 items and gave me only 8 dollars! and said they were out dated!.!.!.!. there clothes there are in pretty good condition! so the store is really not worth it!.!. its just wastes time! good luck i hoped i helped=]Www@Enter-QA@Com
