Michael Winner`s 46 Rooms to the Nation???!

Question: Michael Winner`s 46 Rooms to the Nation!?!?!?
Director Michael Winner, whom I interviewed in Hollywood in 1972 when he was known as `Mike` Winner, is bequeathing his 46-room mansion in Holland Park to the nation (or rather the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea)

Inasmuch as this is not the National Trust one might expect in contradiction to guidelines of use, that the Royal Borough will use it as a refuge for unwed mothers and/or turn it into a hostel for homeless refugees!.

So why doesn`t Winner do the right thing whilst he is still alive!? Start the Michael Winner Trust and accept application for pro bono residency from worthy (struggling) artists and writers (some of whom he might know)

Or better still, turn it into a pro bono residence for people age 60 and over whose contributions to London life remain vigorous!?

Too simple!?

What do you think!?!?!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
The unwed mothers of Chelsea are hardly indigent!. Nor would there be much demand there for a hostel for refugees!.
Artists and writers generally 'struggle' when their talents are not quite what they think they are!.
Turning Winner's bequest into an old peoples home seems equally unlikely!.
If he does leave it to the council, he should know they will probably sell it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
