Question: Never seen Sex in the City so is my view of it true!?
I've never seen Sex in the City but I've seen all the hype about the film with women who seem to talk as if everything is sarcastic and a question without much IQ involved!. I was wondering if my impression of it without seeing it is completely unlike it really is!? That Sara Jessica Parker or whatever she's called isn't exactly a looker with her long face and big nose, so I was wondering if she's one of those people with a brilliant personality that lights up a room when she enters or is very talented to warrant the fuss made of her!? Is the film full of bland corny one liners with false people like Friends!? Am I really missing anything by not seeing it!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

I have seen it, some of the series, not the movie, and I am stunned that someone who has not even bothered to watch it can so completely sum it up in just one paragraph!. Some of it was vaguely funny (not half as funny as friends, of which I am a fan, so if you are not I doubt you would find it even vaguely amusing), and the characters, two in particular are probably the type of people we all know someone like!. That's it, end of, nothing more going on, the whole thing is completely shallow, no IQ whatsoever!. SJP probably has all this hype because of the character of Carrie Bradshaw she plays, after all, no one exactly raved about her in LA Story years back, and she was way prettier then! I have a feeling the movie will be just like the show only longer and even more dramatic!. If you were able to resist watching the show all the years it was on then I am sure you wont miss much by not seeing the film!. I enjoyed the show, yes it is about shallow women and is not at all real, but it is a fun escape and I enjoyed spacing out on idiotic nonsense and unlikely scenarios for a half hour!. As long as i can balance it out with more educational shows and keep up with the news as well, there is no harm in watching something completely mindless every once in a while!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
