Eh, I've heard worse!. If you hear it in context it doesn't sound as bad!. To me it was one of those offhand comments that are probably better left unsaid!. I doubt that she really thinks that, unlike that religious fanatic who claimed that Katrina was divine retribution, or maybe he was talking about 9/11!.!.!.!.!.can't remember his name!.
