Who is Prettier face wise?!

Hilary Duff ALL the way!. I never thought she was pretty when she was younger, but now that she's grown up, she is a gorgeous, beautiful woman! She is so naturally beautiful and when she smiles she just glows!. Megan Fox isn't THAT great!. I mean, don't get me wrong, she's a pretty girl, but I just don't see what she has that makes her the sexiest woman alive!. She's average to me!. also, I think she looks mad all the time!. She has this pouty fierce face that just doesn't look attractive to me!.
