How can I make a Top Hat like Brendon Urie's in his music video "I writ!

you can always go to a website to find a pattern or if you're really creative, you can make one yourself without the use of a pattern!. you'll need construction or card paper to messure around your head, a circular peice for the top that messures to your head shape, and a bottom, were you could cut out the circle for the top and use it for the bottom!. then tape them to gether oh-so-very craftilly, and make sure to add tabs to hold them together easily!. if you want to get really fancy, you can cover your card paper with some cheap black cloth (preferably faux satin) and sew/tape/staple/glue around the card paper

get three pieces of construction paper n black
first one cut out a round ring to place around your head
second one roll it to look like the top part of the har and the third piece cut out a circle to cover the top

then tape the circle to the top and glue the ring around the edges of the rolled piece

*for the rolled piece its best to have like a big paper or else you will have a small tube
