he must have been just about to blink becase his eyes look like they are just about to shut!.
his left eyebrow is up a little but and his ead is tilted to the side!. joe doesnt usually do that!.
and!.!. ahh!. his hair!. Nick,Joe,and Kevin all got haircuts!. so joe's hair is kinda like layered!. it sticks down straight and he has side bangs up the top !.
