Question: Where was Billy Ray while they were shooting pictures of Miley topless!?
I'm seriously confused here!. Miley is only 15, don't they need parental consent to take pictures of her without her top on!? How can Miley sit there and say "I'm not perfect, I'm going to make mistakes!.!.!.!."!? Shouldn't there have been an ADULT there to tell her it was a mistake!? Who's to blame here!? Miley, or her "guardians"!? I feel like I missed something- like a ruling that 15 year old kids are legal adults!? He was there for the first one with him in it!. He had to go to Washington state to perform for the troops and had to leave Miley with her assistant!. Thats when those photos happened!. Loook for the interview on youtube!. There should have been a parent their and that is legal as long as a chaperone is there but apparently there wasnt except for that assistant!. I totally agree that she is only 15 and needed a PARENT there to make the decisions!. But I also think that some people wear even less on a beach!. But as a kid's role model she should have thought about it more!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
