Question: Doctor who Series 4 Rose Tyler question!.!?
You know in Doctor Who series 4, how did Rose appear on the screen shouting:"DOCTOR!?" And why is she always wearing the same clothes!.

It's never explained in the series!. We are to assume her "time cannon" or whatever it was called had the technological capacity to do it!.

she;s trying to break through from one parallel world to the next, using something called a dimension thingy!.!.!. I assume shes trying to get in touch with the doctor, and she did, as you saw in the last 2 episodes!.

No idea why she is wearing the same clothes, maybe the wardrobe department didn't have a washing machine!.
I think her Bad Wolf connection with the TARDIS allowed to her to try and contact the Doctor!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Because she is wandering in time & space from one point, trying to hit the point she will be able to talk to him!.

Maybe it happened from Rose's point of View on one day!
