Because "Madge" (jeez!.!.!.how did an italian skank become a british tart!?) is not concerned with the children!. Isnt it obvious!? She adopts this african child (and wanted to adopt another one), but hands them over to a nanny to raise!. She is always in the news, leaving a restaurant, or on a shopping trip, or arriving at an international airport!. But no kids!. Based on her apparent narcissism, it is most likely that she wanted children as an accessory, like a purse!. The child is something she could adopt (i!.e!., buy) to get publicity and something to worship her!. By the way, you never see her other children either!. Its not just the african kid!. I think in the past year I have seen hundreds of pictures of "Madge" and only one with her eldest daughter (none with the younger child that is hers)!.
