For those of you who don't know, Disney Corporation is one of the largest monopolies on planet Earth!. Disney owns hundreds of marketing companies, tv stations, and other organizations, not just Disney Channel and DisneyWorld!. Even if the Jonas Brothers weren't an official Disney band until Camp Rock, I'm pretty sure they were under the Disney wing soon after birth!.
Disney's marketing of these three boys (as well as Miley Cyrus and Hillary Duff before her) has been carefully, systematically designed to target the people who began this post, and even those who claim to be "Anti-Jonas!." They say in Hollywood--"Even bad press is good press!." Why!? Because it gets you in the public eye, so more people see you!. Regardless if anybody actually likes you, if you become a household name, then Disney has done it's job!.
My opinion of the Jonas Bros!. is that they have been cleverly marketed to the point in which they probably don't even know who they themselves are any more!. They have stylists, publicists, lawyers, and everything a corporation might need to control young people's minds!. You think that they like wearing those tight pants!? Probably not!. Disney's stylists probably fills the boy's closets with those things because it suggests sexuality!. And even though the band's target audience is females ages 8-14, sex still sells!.
YOu think what you see them say on tv interviews is really what they think!? No!. Their publicists tell them exactly what to say, how to react to what questions, and which questions to not react to!. It's all to make sure that they are completely contained in their little teenage bubble that so many girls in America go crazy over!. But it's probably seriously messing with their minds!. Look at what happened to Britney Spears!. She started as a Disney kid too, and now she's an unfortunate example of another teen star gone off the deep end!.
It's pretty interesting how you guys react to stuff like the Jonas Bros, though!. I mean, I'm probably old enough to be some of yours big sister (21) so I know how it was (my obsession was Orlando Bloom) but once you go to college and start studying business, marketing, and society you see stuff in a whole new light!. I hope I enlightened some of you!.
PS: I'm certainly not anti-Disney!. I love Disney's movies, but I do sometimes disagree with the way they market teenagers these days!. I think they might force them to grow up way to fast, to succumb to so much pressure when they are not mature enough to handle it, and then the kids rebel and all hell breaks loose!. Disney's best accomplishment so far is not the Jonas Bros, it's movies like Wall-E that keep me supporting they're company!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I like the Jonas Brothers, so please don't take this as an attack on them, but they are a Disney band!. The got signed on with Columbia records about 2 years ago and their album barely sold, so the record label dropped them!. That's when Disney's Hollywood records picked them up and released their self titled album and began promoting them on the Disney channel!. That's when they became popular!. Just a few facts!. I love me some JB, but they are in fact a Disney band!. With that said, people don't like them because they think that they're not "hardcore" enough to be famous, or they're giving rock a bad name, or something dumb like that!. Oh, and all these "cool" people who hate them think that since they have promise rings and are polite and nice people, they must be gay!. Go figure!. People don't like them because their music is pretty terrible, in our opinion!. It all sounds like the same old thing we've heard before, so we're all just quietly biding our time until they blow over and are forgotten!. The Jonas Brothers dress the way mainstream artists are supposed to dress, produce the type of music that has been formulated for mainstream audiences to like, and have basically been castrated by their producers and agents to the point that there is almost nothing unique about them anymore!. Until they snap out of it and give us a fresh, new, exciting sound, there is always going to be a wide population that is firmly set against the Jonas Brothers!. Nothing you can do about it!.
This is why we don't like them!.

And when fans of such bands as the Beatles who have been attacked by these Jonas Brothers fans try to fight back and say, "I really don't like the Jonas Brothers, they're just a passing fad," they get flamed!.

I think some people don't like the Jonas Brothers because kid celebs are popping out a dime a dozen!. I think older folks don't like them for that reason and of course most boys won't like them!. they're not very talented i'm sorry!. i'm not trying to be mean i'm being perfectly honest!. I think its offensive to real bands who totally rock because jobros shows that anyone can be considered a good popular band!. The fact that people love them as much as they do is very interesting to me because their voices are strained and they have very limited range!. All their songs are similar in vocal ability and their instruments seem like they're just there for show, to help with the "edgy" look!.

Indie, alternative and punk rock is more my thing, but I enjoy pop rock too!.!.!.its just that, when so many people like them they become overrated and such!. Thats the hardest part of going to concerts of mainstream musicians/singers!. You can barely hear them sing!.!.!.too many shouting fan girls and such!.
