No, I don't think the song was sung by Noah, if the song was sung by Noah the CD would have indicated that it was!. I think the song is very cute, and I also believe the song was sang well, it fits Miley's voice!.

The song is actually not done with Noah on the CD!. That was just a little cute thing Miles did with her little sis!. Miley sings it solo on the CD and it's really good!. Noah sings better than alot of kids her age!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
