On these paparazzi morons who basically are STALKERS and TERRORISTS posing as (choke) journalists or whatever!.!.!.who get away with sh*t like this!?
I mean if they stuck them with $5,000 fines and a 3 month jail term I bet they'd think twice! This is what a paparazzi did that was trespassing trying to get photos, when escorted from the Brangelina estate:

I think its tricky territory considering that the work they do is clearly protected by the 1st amendment!. But I think the legislators can indeed impose certain restrictions, such as making it unlawful when the life of the people they are attempting to capture can be in danger!. It would not be difficult to impose a non-intrusive distance on the media!. Cameras nowadays can take very clear photos from a very good distance!.
