When at their house in NJ and the one in LA Frankie and Nick share a room, Kevin and Joe have their own rooms!.

On the tour bus, Frankie has a bunk attached to Nicks and Kevin and Joe share a set of bunks!.
Actually it is large, but it isn't like a mansion!.
