It's weird and inappropriate!. The friend is 7 years older than Miley! They shouldn't be on the same maturity level, much less social level!. I'm 20, and I have friends that are 15, but certainly not best friends!. They are at completely different stages in their life, and the older girl could have extreme influence over Miley's developing mind!. It just seems too much like a bad idea!. It seems like a good way for Miley to be lead into doing something stupid, like cyber-bullying by mocking her peers in an online video or taking inappropriate pictures on her cell-phone!.!.!. oh wait, that's already happened!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
