While I would like to say yes, she would like it, chances are that Miley will never see the picture if it is sent through a fan club!. BUT I could be wrong, and maybe things of that kind of sentimental value are forwarded on to her!. If she does see it, I am sure she will appreciate the kind gesture you did for her!.
