Anyway, I think (just my opinion) that the other answers above me were mostly the answers' opinions (just an opinion!)!. However, I think that if you really hate a person, it would be probably best if you ignore him/her!. Like stop listening to their music or watching their TV shows, movies etc!. Personally, I feel that Miley Cyrus have too many fans (girls-tweens and teens - cough,cough) and too many haters that you can't really see a clear line between hate and like!. Well I don't know who Spencer Pratt is, but I know that I really really really don't like Miley Cyrus!. She really only got a part on Hannah Montana because her dad is famous; she auditioned for the show and didn't get in for years!. Anyone can act obnoxious!. Her looks and voice are nothing special, but bleh!. She'll be out in a few years!.
