We live in a planet where we say pretty much whatever we want to say and it doesn't matter whether people get hurt or not!. The internet is a pretty good example of that!.
To answer why those sites are accepted, think of this, would you rather tell a stranger positive comments or negative comments!? Society today would want people to say positive comments about them than negative comments!. I know it might sound too general, but that is what it is in the world of ethics, however there maybe some people who never heard of the word ethics!.
By the way, you shouldn't be puzzled why those sites are accepted and the others aren't, because there are too many people doing there own thing and sometimes we just got to let them be!. They maybe obsessed, maybe not!. All I can say is that i shouldn't waste my time trying to understand people!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

because comments such as "the jonas brothers should die in hell, and so should miley" are NOT accepted!. they are NOT appropriate, and it just goes to show that more kids have no time on their hands, they'd rather create myspace pages to hate on people they don't even know!. if you can openly criticize someone, and make hateful remarks, YOU are the one that needs evaluation!. I agree they are just voicing opinions!.
But the ones not allowed are negative opinions and usually encourage violent and rude language which isn't accepted!.
It just avoids conflict!.
