Question: Why do people give shout outs to their favorite celebs !?
I've noticed alot of people give shout outs to their fav!. celebs in their questions/ answers,
for example, in one question some girl was just like : I love you Nick!!?
and in another some other girl was just like : wooooo! I love you miley! you rock!?
Why do people do this!? Do they think they're gonna see it!?!?
