Yes, NBC is gently but firmly shoving Jay out of the Tonight Show seat!.
They want a host that appeals to younger audiences, so they're giving the slot to Conan!. Over all, I think it's going to suck, because Conan will have to tone his antics down a bit for the 11:30 crowd- and will he be allowed to being Joel and his Asian boy!? I doubt it!
Jimmy Fallon's going to kill Conan's spot!. In my opinion, the boy's definitely not late night talk show host material, unless they're looking for another weak show like Carson Daly's!. Either way, we'll be shutting the tv off after Conan once the switch happens!. Just because Conan's from SNL and Jimmy's from SNL doesn't mean Jimmy will succeed!.
