he dies in the 7th book!. he is killed by voldemort because voldemort thought that if he killed him, he would be able to control the elder wand!. snape was a good guy and tried his hardest to protect harry!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

- Snape died in the 7th book, by Nagini (Voldemort's snake)!. It (Nagini) chocked him!.
- Dumbledore told Harry that he had assigned Snape to protect him, but Snape just did it for Lily(who he loved)
