Well, in the 6th episode of their Band in a Bus, JB said that Video Girl is just about all the things that they don't look for in a girl!. A Video Girl is pretty much the opposite of what they want!.
Lots of people are saying that it's about Miley or Zoe, the girl who was in the Year 3000 video with the boys and who dated Kevin!. But, according to what they said on Band in A Bus, it's not!.
