because she is like every teenager and wants attention and trys to go about it int he wrong way BUT she is a celebrity and they usually take normal human actions and make then 10x more!.

example A: normal 15 yr old girl takes a pic of her in too much eyeliner, jeans that are too tight and a push up bra and makes it her myspace photo!. miley takes it a few step farther by posing with a gut 3x her age and pulling her shirt up and in the shower and w/e else she has done!.

I don't care, she just does things for publicity to up her celebrity status!. She wants to try and become a proper celeb, not a Disney star who only kids know about!.
