I used to be really much into Avril back in the Complicated days, more even when Under My Skin came out!. Now, not so much, although I still listen to her songs very often!.
The thing to me is that Avril grew up!. I've heard people calling her a poser because of all the changes, but everyone is highly likely to change between the time they're 16 or 17 to when they enter your 20's!. It's only a few years, but those years make a huge difference!. Her personality was still developing, she was trying to find herself, and now she's probably getting there!.
And with that style change, although I respect her as an artist as I did before, her songs lost their importance to me, they lost most of the appeal they had before!. I liked the darkness of before, and now it's all pinkish and fun and cheerleading-like, which isn't what I personally like!. The Best Damn Thing was a really big disappointment to me, because I was expecting something else from her!. I don't hate every song on the album, but I only really really like When You're Gone and Keep Holding On, maybe Innocence as well!. When I go back to Under My Skin and listen to it, I still love pretty much every song from it, despite how many times I've heard them!.
So yes, I still like her!. I won't change my opinion about her previous songs just because they aren't like the ones she has now!. I still appreciate her music of before, and I respect what she's doing now!. It's her will, and she's still successful, so I'm glad for her!.
Other than that, the fact that she seems like she's still just doing whatever she thinks is the right thing, and whatever she feels like doing can't make me disconect from the Avril of before!.
Can't really choose a favourite song!. And I believe her natural hair colour is this dirty blond, or light brown if you will!. At least there's some videos of her as a teenager and that's what it looks like to me!. So light hair colour, for sure!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

My fav songs though hmmm!.!.!.thats a toughie ahaa!.!.!.!.Well it's kinda a tie between "things i'll never say" and "slipped away"!.
I definately prefer her music from before [cd's "let go" and "under my skin"!. She was more of a punkish singer and I really think her songs had so much more meaning to them!.!.!.You should check them out they are amazing for a 17 year old! [the age when she made cd #1]Www@Enter-QA@Com

I actually like her song "girlfriend" and she has some talent as a singer!. She certainly has her life in order compared to her Britney, Ashley, Christina, etc! Judging from here interviews though she is dumber than wallpaper paste!Www@Enter-QA@Com
