T!.I!. - has real songs that are about his life!. He has an amazing flow and his own style!. Knows what beats to use!. King of the South, he is very lyrical for being a Southern Rapper!.
Lil Wayne - he raps about the same things, annoying voice, no real personal songs!. Cool mixtapes that are pretty hot and better than his albums, but he is just a weird phenomenon that popped up!.

Anyone that tells you different is a Lil Wayne groupie hoe, or doesn't know real hip-hop!. While T!.I!. isn't what I call the definition of real hip-hop, he at least has some songs that are personal and all of them aren't about money!.
And to someone above me!. LIL WAYNE is always featured on songs, you're confused!. T!.I!. has many of his own singles, CD's featuring no one but himself!. 90% of Lil Wayne singles are featuring someone else, or he is featured on it!.
PLUS Lil Wayne and his fans call him the best rapper alive!.!.!.!.when that's not true!. Nas, Rakim, KRS-One, Dr!. Dre, Eminem, Jay-Z, Kanye, Lupe, Common, etc!. all these rappers have reasons to qualify for that position, but none of them ever do!. None of them have repeatedly said they are the best rapper alive right now!. While Nas or KRS-One is my choice for best rapper alive, because they both have accomplished so much as MCs'!.
