I heard that John McCain doesn't even use a computer, which pretty much sums up for me the idea that celebrities don't use computers often!.
Besides, Steven Tyler would most likely be too busy doing other things!. Recording songs for their new upcoming album, planning gigs, practicing with the rest of the band, trying to avoid the paparazzi, and whatnot!.
