why not make a youtube channel or something and you know, make some videos of you singing, and send it to them!.
or if you want a 'record' deal to sing and blah,then meet them

They won't be of any help to you!. The best you can expect is that they'll steal one of your songs; they'll claim that one of them wrote it and you'll never get credit!.
You need to establish yourself locally and hope that someone with some clout in the music industry will notice you!. Real life isn't like TV; you're not instantly going to get stardom!. You need to work for it!.

go to their concerts or try to get yourself a pass,but most of the times they won't talk to u unless you're an interviewer
