"The lawsuit contends that the two Splash employees, Darren Banks (who the plaintiff was dating at the time) and Eric Munn, tricked Ledger into accompanying them to their room, offered him cocaine that they had bought beforehand and then filmed him unawares!.
"I used to smoke five joints a day for 20 years," Ledger can be heard telling someone in the room!."

Considering the fact the Heath Ledger was only 28 years old when he died, that would have put him at age 8 when he started smoking five joints a day!. So obviously, this remark was made in jest!. also, the footage was shot in a room reserved by the plaintiff (Jane Doe) at the Chateau Marmont, where a post-SAG Awards party was taking place and the claim was that the late actor was in close proximity to cocaine - as was everyone else at the party in the room and no mention is made of Heath Ledger actually using cocaine, just being offered it!.
Another obvious fact, at least to me, is that if there was any truth to Heath Ledger's "alleged drug activity" that video would have been sold in a flash to every tabloid and magazine show on the air in 2006!.
Sadly, I think this "Jane Doe" is just another money-hungry vulture using the tragic death of a Heath Ledger to cash in on a bogus law suit!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Of COURSE he did illegal drugs!. EVERY celebrity does, even your precious Jonas brothers and Miley Cyrus, and if they haven't yet, they will in years to come!. I've seen the whole video and he doesn't do any drugs the entire time!. However, the people with him do a lot of it! That is why she sued!. It's actually really heartbreaking to watch!.
