"I can see Russia from my house" is a space cadet way of saying she doesn't know anything about foreign policy besides that she can see Russia from her house (Alaska and Russia are so close)
"God hugging us closer" is a slam on what a religious fanatic she is and a slam on the fact that she doesn't believe global warming is a real problem (what a loony bin)
Hillary's comment about her boobs -- I didn't really understand that one, either!.

If you watch the interview on ABC with her she says "In some parts of Alaska you can see Russia!." She doesn't believe is Global Warming so that's why she says God is hugging us closer, just saying it's hotter because God is hugging us!.
