No Bill doesnt have a girlfriend and hasnt for about 2 years they all said themselves they are all single and dont really have enough time for a girlfriend!.
He has been quoted saying he likes a girl with a good look and nice skin and something else look at his imdb its there lol!.
I do feel sorry for them sometimes but they know they are loved :)
