Question: Is it too late to be an actress and be rich and famous!?
I'm 23 and I'm a major drama queen!. I love all types of attention!. I have always dreamed of making a scene in a show!. I never get embarrassed making silly or stupid scenes in public!. I never attempted going to acting school or attended a drama class!. But I have always dreamed of doing it!. My major procrastination was not being good enough!. Is it to late for me to become an actress in my mid 20's!?

Nope its not too late, sounds like your on the right track, just go for a audition and be confident, try to go to acting classes to though!. It's a good dream to have, but don't be a actress just cause you want to be famous adn rich, do it because you love it!.
