Well I don't know about that!. All I know is she's a Italian / Mexican girl and yea people can even have kids at 11 or even 9 it depends on if they have there period!. Once you have your period you can get pregnant!.
I think the younger you have kids the better cause they'll age with you!. They'll be half your age!.
