It's stalking if you literally FOLLOW the celebrity around, wait outside their house and take pictures of them, send them heaps of letters, won't leave them alone and want/have their personal info like phone number!.
Looking up celebrities is normal, and only a big obsession if you do it ALL THE TIME!. As in, if most of your day is spent looking up this famous person!.
