What I alsways do for any MCR members b-day is I just wear a t-shirt, listen to thier music and watch mcr DVDs!.!.!.since its halloween, so it wouldnt look TOO wierd, you could draw Xs over your eyes with eyeliner!.!.!.and Im going to a halloween party!.!.!.but deep inside, Im actually celebrating his birthday LOL so you could do something like that!.
Plus, in the morning, when you wake up, you could yell HAPPY BIRTHDAY FRANKIE!!!!! or something!. apparently thats what 'real' MCR fans do, I dont because my mom would kill me cuz she likes to sleep in!.!.!.

listen to MCR and Pency Prep
sing Happy Birthday to him
hang Happy Birthday banners
watch tons of videos online about him
and try to play the guitar in honor of him!.!.!.
we'll see how that last thing plays out ;)
then we;re gonna go around town singing "Happy Birthday" to Frank Iero, with X's over our eyes!.
