No, feel free to do what u like to it!. If its owned and copywrited by somebody then you cannot sell it in its original form but if you change it around enough with photoshop to make it seem almost completely different, then you can do what you like with it!. Just as long as you don't sell the original copywrited work!. For private use, like at home for your own fun, you can do whatever you like to it!.

Photo shop is a programme that allows folk the ability to manipulate photos and art into whatever they like, once they have done this manipulation then it becomes their own work and they can do whatever they wish with the results just so long as it does not resemble the original work as would a copy!.
However some artwork has copy write embeded into it and it might carry over onto your efforts, even then for your own use it would make no difference just use it as you like privately!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
