I remember one of the band members in an interview saying, in the song "Hells Bells", the original bell used in the making was a small one like the one you hear in John Lennon's "Starting Over"!. They pitched down the audio (slowed it down) until it sounded like it does!.
This is a memory from my nights of DJ'ing at WDCR in 1980!. "Back in Black" and Shook Me All Night" were in 'high rotation' (played a lot) and the interview was during one of my shifts from some satellite feed!.
