If the reports that the plane was over loaded are true then yes her death could have been prevented!.
And she died a few years ago so it's not to soon to make a movie about her, Selena came out fairly quickly after she was murdered!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It definetely could've been prevented!. The reason why that plane crashed was the plane was overloaded!. It carried more weight than it could handle!. That's why they have regulations - to prevent accidents like these!.
