What do you think Jennifer Hudson's brother-in-law (William Balfour) should face for killing Hudson's mother (Darnell Donderson) and brother (Jason Hudson) and kidnapping her nephew (Julian King)!? Hudson's sister (Julia Hudson Balfour)!.
I personally hope that he have a good judge and jury that's not going to play when he goes to trial!. I wonder if Jennifer will be there for Balfour's trials!.

*This is not a joke or anything like that but since he served time nearly 7 years ago for attempted murder he should face time for it!. ATTEMPTED MURDER!.!.!.!?!? That mean's that he wanted to kill that person or someone back then but probably couldn't do it, so in this case, he DID do it probably without any remorse, guilt or concious!. It seemed to have been an execution style murder especially with the kind of gun that he used (I can't think of the name of it)!.
The mom and brother suffered multiple fatal shots each (according to the Chicago Cook County Medical Examiner's Office)!. HE DIDN'T HAVE TO KILL HER FAMILY like that just because he got into it with the wife!. That was simply ridiculous! Then he took the 7 year old boy, I pray for the family's strength and Julian's safe return home!.
I know she's having it hard right now!. Jennifer seems like she's very intelligent, very mature, sweet and humble, I wish them the best!.

You feel he should be given lethal injection immediately, but you hate such a vicious person to get off that easily!. I believe if he could be sent to that outdoor prison in the desert and put in the area with big, mean convicts and no way to be protected would be fitting!. I also feel if you have such little regard for human life that he should be forced to remain incarcerated until he is 85 then put to death, but make him suffer for all eternity!. I would force him to look at pictures of crime scene, anything to make him constantly think about what he did!. also while on vacation in that unairconditioned prison camp make him work in sun all day with minimal water/food!. That is why people keep killing, what is there punishment - schooling free, food, clean housing, they shouldn't have anything good for the rest of their lives!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
