Question: I wander what really caused Andy Gibbs untimely death at the age of 30!.!?
i would like to know exaclty what caused Andy Gibbs death!. He was the youngest brother of Barey Gibbs!. of the Bee Gees!. I know he was in to cocaine and drank heavily!. but no one has ever said if he had a heart attack!. or if his heart was strained or what!.!. but they also didnt say he had an overdose!.!. His death from myocarditis (inflammation of the heart) followed a long battle with cocaine addiction, which had weakened his heart!. There were rumors of suicide, but those were squelched upon the release of his death certificate!.

Wow!. Haven't heard of him in a long time!. I liked him!.
I think it was a heart condition caused by or aggravated by drug use if I remember right!. It did not have to be an overdose to cause heart problems, the heart can only take so much cocaine, because it can cause damage to the heart!.
So many in those days were into cocaine (and I guess still are in one form or another) it's lucky almost anybody from that era made it out alive if that's how they were living!.
I think he died in the early 80's but I don't remember for sure, it's been so long!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
