What if the victim was a member of parliament from the now forgotten early seventies - or perhaps he/she was a distant relative to, say, Myra Hindley!. It is right both should get a rollocking, but methinks the 'disgust' in most cases come from the fact that Mr!. Sachs was in one of the 'all time' favourite telly shows!. Early today, the complaints were 1,500!. Come evening news time, it had rose tenfold!.

It has nothing at all to do with who it was as far as I am concerned!. He is an old man and shouldn't have to put up with such vulgarity from two highly paid, over-rated people!. They are far too big for their boots and I hope they are brought down a peg or too!. They are certainly no example for today's youth!. I think that there is a lot of people jumping on the bandwagon with this!. But it still does not excuse what they did!. Whether or not Andrew Sachs was Manuel or not is irrelevant, it was uncalled for!. I could understand it if there was some kind of big war going on between them but there clearly was not!. How would you feel if someone called up your grandparents and told them that they had been having sex with you!. You would not want that so why then is it acceptable for these two half witted prats to do it!.!.!.!.!.!.and on national radio!. I like JR a lot and agree he over stepped the mark, BUT whilst the comments obviously went on to Andrew Sachs answerphone, the broadcasted interview was pre-recorded so WHY DID THE BBC AIR IT!. They must take some blame!.
