NO she does nothing innaproprite!. maybe a few swear words, but thats it!. her only violent concerts were maybe the 1985 Virgin Tour (rolling around in a wedding dress, you get the idea), the 1990 Blond Ambition (masturbation), 1993 Girlie Show (sex on stage with clothes, basically dry humping lmao), 2001 Drowned World (disturbing, dark japanese themes, a violent and sexual animated interlude), 2004 Reinvention (war images, nudity in some screens), and thats probably it!. her last 2 concerts (confessions/stickynsweet), i dont see anything so innapropriate!.
