What is this female singer's name?!

I can not remember the name of a non American singer who made her American debut a few years ago (after 2000 before 2005)!. She was young, early 20's with long dark hair!. I think she may have been Icelandic, but I'm not sure!. Her only song released here had a spoken line in it that when something like "When I put my hands down your pants, I'm sorry I didn't mean to say it was small!." Www@Enter-QA@Com
