Question: Any tips to lose weight fast!.!.!.!?
I want to lose 20-25 pounds in the next 3-4 weeks!.!.!.is this even possible!.!.!.if so, how!?!?!?!?

oh in i for got get up every morning in start to walk a far as your body will take you but do not over do your self just take your time i do this with my mom every day we both walk every day about 12 blocks rest in start to walk back walking will help you to i am 17 mom is 36Www@Enter-QA@Com

Nope, it's not possible!. Eat tons of salad and lean protein -- tuna fish, boneless skinless chicken breast, etc!. Avoid bread, cheese, butter, pasta, and potatoes!. You can lose weight, but you won't lose a pound a day for a month!. Good luck!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

You can eat in small portions
exercize daily for an hour even if its push ups
make sure that you eat things that are non fatty!.!.!.more fruits vegetables!.!.!.and small amounts of pastasWww@Enter-QA@Com
