Kevin is actually the best of the trio, he is very talented!. He just doesn't have solos with his voice, but he does on the guitar!.
Joe isn't that good on the guitar!. Notice that he sticks with the tambourine haha!.
Nick is also very skilled, but alot younger then Kevin!. Maybe in the future he will be better!.

I think he's really good!.
Just because he plays simple riffs
and solos during their songs doesn't
mean he can't play complicated ones
behind closed doors!. That's just the
type of music and sound they want!.
