What is your coping mechanism, when everything in your life seems to be going haywire?


Answers:

I sit on the beach and think for a few hours, think about all the good things in my life. I also try reading a few sad books, so i know that theres worse things out there. I do some yoga and polates and start working out more. Burning that fat, can let me not stress about other things and can help me forget and lose some situations that i didn't like. I would also start a self-help line and answer questions about problems other people are having, it makes me feel good to help and to see that i improved there life, and mine too. In awhile things will get better♥
