Ladies: Do you think we men are just genetically prone to "cold feet"(commitment issues)?
I know I've been accused of that a time or two... ;)

Answers:
Genetically prone? Hardly. That's an excuse. It's like saying obesity is a "disease." That gives us fat folks an excuse to get pity.
I **would** argue that men are socially conditioned to be so. So many men view marriage as "prison" and "the end of your life." What BS. If marriage is prison, get out! If commitment means a man's life is over, don't commit. But don't get into a relationship and then b*tch and moan about it. What a way to make a woman feel like garbage.
That's been one of my requirements. I refuse to be in a relationship with a man who hates the idea of being married so much so that he views it as imprisonment. If he doesn't want to be there, far be it from me to keep him there. I'm not so in control that I'm locking him in a cell and taking away his freedom.
Men that complain about marriage are a bunch of whiners. Biggest bunch of wussies I've ever seen. The strongest men are the ones that can commit.
