how do you explain the ending, it is somewhat confusing. but a pretty good movie.

its her being unable to save her husband from dying again,such a grim fate actually and she is pregnant which shows that her husband didnt cheat on her,I get confused a lot an even had to watch the movie again jsut to grasp the story hahaha!
