UK postal strike? whats it going to mean for us?!

just heard on the news theres to be a 2 week postal strike, what effect is that going to have on us?

Answers:

It annoys the crap out of me.
Didn't they KNOW how much they were going to be getting paid when they signed the contracts?!!
